Team Excellence
Team Excellence specializes in employee satisfaction, performance and personal accountability. They offer 3 assessment tools that make up the "Team Development Strategy" and when put to use, can save clients millions of dollars while reducing turnover and increasing employee satisfaction. With 30 years of experience developing their 3 tools and loads of data and success stories backing Team Excellence up, our job was to translate all that into a concise message & series of marketing materials.
Proper Planning
Before we designed or coded anything, we got to know the business, the company and the people involved. We were charged with taking their big ideas and big results and distilling them into what would become a new brand, website and marketing materials.
The Brand
Team Excellence’s corporate identification system is based on their Team Development Strategy which incorporates three different tools that work together to create the big picture. The use of a triangle with 3 interweaving stripes drives this point home.
Site Design
We treated each of the 5 sections that make up the site as websites unto themselves, considering unique layouts, presentations and objectives for each. We used data visualization and info-graphics to illustrate results and how each of their tools worked together.
A Long Term Relationship
Since the initial branding and website buildout, Paravel has continued to partner with Team Excellence for a complete overhaul of their paper system, a 6 page brochure, print ads and various presentation materials.
